Baltimore's Bart Harvey is a leader in housing and community development finance. He served as Chairman of the Board and President and CEO of Enterprise Community Partners, as well as Chairman of the Board of Enterprise Community Investment. He has testified before Congress on many community development issues and served on national housing task forces and boards. He is advising the Obama administration on housing and real estate policy.

2nd Annual Boat Tour of Baltimore Harbor Waterfront

The tour price of $40 covers expenses of the Living Classrooms Boat and a donation to the Living Classrooms Foundation. Drinks and light refreshments will be served.
