The Green Building Institute

David Woolley-Wilson leads the Green Building Institute, a non-profit corporation, located in Jessup, Maryland, which fosters sustainable building practices through education and example. David came to the DC/Baltimore area from San Francisco where he was Chairman and CEO of the East Bay Conversion and Reinvestment Commission (EBCRC) whose mission was to convert closed military bases into new economic activities using sustainable development principles and practices.
