Baltimore-based Mahlon Apgar, IV advises leaders of corporations and governments on real estate. He is principal of Apgar and Company, Senior Counselor to The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Senior Scholar of the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, and Former Assistant Secretary of the Army for Installations and Environment in the Clinton Administration.
